Al Karimi Estd. Human Resource Solutions is conducting urgent recruitment for one of Russia’s leading Oil & Gas Construction companies. The recruitment drive offers large-scale vacancies for experienced welding professionals, with the Russian client interview scheduled for 3 August 2026 in Mumbai.
Open positions include 2-inch GTAW Welders and 6-inch GTAW + SMAW Stainless Steel Welders (TIG & ARC). Candidates must have at least three years of overseas experience, a valid Running Card, and should not exceed 45 years of age.
Selected candidates will receive USD 4.5–5.5 per hour, equivalent to approximately USD 1,000–1,200 per month based on an 8-hour workday, with overtime opportunities. The employer also provides free food, accommodation, transportation, holiday work allowance and yearly vacation.
