Job Description
HSC with 6 months + experience /Graduate fresher / Graduate with experience from a Non IT background. Excellent customer interfacing skills. SSC with minimum 1 year BPO experience. To handle inbound calls and provide customer support for process specific to requirements in US/UK and Australian shifts in Malad/Thane and Goregaon. (Day Shift openings also available in Malad). Home pick up and drop services from 10 PM to 6 AM. Insurance for employees. Cafeteria within company premises with subsidised food. Free access to gym, indoor and outdoor games, library etc.
